Sarah Ferruggiaro, DVM

Dr. Sarah Ferruggiaro earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before attending veterinary school at the University of Illinois in 2016. She spent many summers working at South Orange Animal Hospital as a technician during college and veterinary school and is very glad to be back as a veterinarian.

Dr. Ferruggiaro grew up in Maplewood and her family is currently raising their fourth puppy for The Seeing Eye. In her spare time Dr. Ferruggiaro enjoys reading, hiking, baking, and providing care for rescue dogs and cats.
